CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid a late cancellation fee, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your services. If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file. In cases of extenuating circumstances, management may waive the cancellation fee at their discretion. These waivers are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid a late fee and the requirement of a credit card on file for future bookings.
